DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: In Cliff's canon, his eyes are described as animal eyes, something the normal human of their group doesn't really notice until he specifically focuses on it. I've taken this to mean that there's something off putting when you look long enough at him. When he's a wolf, he's the normal size of a wolf, but his fur is definitely the same color as his hair. The comic has never really shown the shifting process but it appears to be instantaneous. He has his clothes still on when he shifts back (I've mostly imagined it to be like this info page's image, honestly - seamless).

Cliff is going to go all in on the adventuring aspect of this place. Don't be surprised to find him wandering around and signing up for missions outside of the city. He'll also be trying to get into training as soon as possible.

Reputation

It's entirely fine to handwave noting Cliff being kind of a mouthy asshole sometimes. He's 16 and acts like it, with the kind of bravado only someone his age would have. While it's fine for your character to also know he's the guy who can turn into a wolf once he's settled in and the Inquisition is made aware of his particular abilities, please ask before handwaving your character having seen it happen, as he doesn't just do it willy-nilly.

For all anyone knows he's using magic when he becomes a wolf, as he's admittedly at a loss for how to explain something he barely understands himself.

Hooks

- Does your character like wolves? Because boy, does he turn into a wolf. (No petting, though, that's weird)
- Mages take note, especially the kinds that can shapeshift - as said above, he's definitely not using anything close to the shapeshifting magic of the game and it'll probably be noticeable.
- This kid's in need of a mentor who is willing to be patient but firm. Once you earn his respect, he'll be pretty loyal. Mouthy, but loyal.
